Cauliflower Gourmet Mix (White, Green, Purple) 

brassica oleracea – Annual
Height 30 cm x 30 cm

Plant in well-drained, fertile soil high in organic matter in late summer or early spring. Needs plentiful, consistent moisture. Mulch to protect roots and reduce weed competition. Fold and tie leaves over flower head to prevent sun damage. Too much sun, heat or nitrogen fertiliser can separate flower head into small, rice-like grains.
