coriandrum sativum – Annual
Height 50 cm x 30 cm

Rich moist soil, prefers cool weather for fast growth, therefore in summer grow in 1/2 - 3/4 shade and water well. The flavour, though intense when fresh, diminishes quickly when dried or cooked.

 

Dimensions:
 Several plants in 90mm pot
Harvest: Pick young leaves once they have reached about 10 cm in height. 
Uses:
 Fresh leaves and roots in salads, soups and many Asian and Middle Eastern dishes. Dried seeds in curries and many meat dishes, also pickles.

Shipping

We ship Monday - Wednesday to both North and South Island. We can
ship on a Thursday to local in Nelson. We have overnight and two day
courier options. Please allow two days for a rural address (non-urban).
