A blend of Cress, Kale, Red Beet, Red Cabbage, Broccoli, 3 different Lettuces, Rocket, and Spinach. Place tray/punnet in shady spot and keep watered and fed.

Or plant each cell plug of seedlings into well fed soil in part shade and water well.

Harvest by cutting above growing point.
