Ready to harvest in 65 days (summer), 80 days (winter)

Beautiful purple florets on good-sized green stems that are sweet and tender, on large framed plants.

Extend the harvest period by planting every 3–4 weeks.

Prefers fertile heavy soil types.

Harvest the florets when they are mini-sized and lightly steam or microwave to maintain the wonderful purple colour
